If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. In most cases, we will charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost.

If the project has already begun, we may not be able to offer a refund. However, we will work with you to find a suitable solution that meets your needs.


Once payment is made, we do not provide any refunds.

However, if there are exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen events, we will review your request and, if appropriate, offer a partial refund or credit towards future services.
